Normally, it would work when re-regioning. It usually only says “corrupted” or “unusable” if you tried re-regioning it to a censored version of Cyberpunk.
As a last resort, you could try re-regioning the Japanese version of Cyberpunk, but it has less stuff than the other saves.
Otherwise, re-regioning should work without any issues using a bot.
