You may get a trophy for using 5 cards as well if you use 5 cards.

I am working on the Untouchable Trophy, replaying 5 levels without taking damage. That one I will upload as soon as I beat 4 levels without taking damage.

EDIT: The save file and profile you need will both be in portuguese. I'm still learning this upload save thing but I assure you the save works to pop the trophies listed above.
