Something is wrong, both trophies are related to story mission, they are unmissable.
U must play the story mission for this trophys.Never mind, made my own file. Just go to last checkpoint and beat Ixillis.

You can use the "precious" save and travel to Mud tooth's Hideout for "This Watch" trophy.
While here, you will find a major checkpoint. Next to this major checkpoint is a ramp, leading up into a crashed helicopter. Inside this helicopter is Mudtooth, an old man with many stories. Begin listening to his stories, and continue to press "No, tell me more." for a good bit, after which he'll trust you with his pocket watch, giving you this trophy.

I finally got the trophy with another save in this thread that was intended for another trophy, I think it was the one to give the heart to the undying king (or another one of the pack). Noticed the save had over 30 traits but didn't have the "invoker" trait, so i just summoned the Dog and killed 100 enemies. As soon as i got it the trophy popped.
