The only thing that autopopped was the trophy for destroying all of the goats of warden. The crafting trophies will pop if you go into the crafting menu and make something. Other than that, nothing else popped for me.

this save does not have the save file for the Mercenaries mode i did not see it in there.

It was on mine. All of the levels were SSS as OP promised. I went, died, and got that trophy for all of them being at least S ranked.
