Apparently, yes:

Data migration from - MGSV:TPP
PlayStation®4
When playing MGSV:TDE for the first time, a handover confirmation dialog appears on the screen.

When selecting "Save Data":
The selected save data for MGSV:TPP will be imported to MGSV:TDE, and it will become a new save file for MGSV:TDE.

When selecting "New Save Data":
The save data for MGSV:TPP will not be imported, and a new file will be created for MGSV:TDE .

Can someone please tell me exactly what save contains the 2 trophies "Deterrence" and "Disarmament". Also what exactly do you have to do to get the trophies to pop. I haven't played this game in a long time so any advice I'd greatly appreciate it.

Save 6 can pop both, there's a readme file on how to pop them.

There's no manual saves, so making saves with the checkpoints aren't exactly easy, sorry.

I tried your saves but there not zips, how do I go about using these for collector?

Just make sure the files are in a folder titled CUSA05610 and zip the folder. Then just import that zip.
