It does work, though I figured out why it wouldn't autopop on PS5 for some people. Some of the saved data is still tied to the previous username, so you'll have to mess around for a bit in the PS4 version for it to not break upon converting to the PS5 version. Doing the most simple things such as switching settings in the menus and playing all of the games atleast once will be enough for all of it to convert properly without breaking.

This is the same file from the thread with the only improvements being that you can now access the level select and debug mode in Sonic CD, as well as the continue button now loads you to the good future version of metallic madness act 3 as opposed to the bad version. I left most of the settings untouched, with it still using the US soundtrack like the original save from this thread. Mess around with the save first in the PS4 version before converting it to the PS5 version, or it might not transfer over properly.
