The full set is not possible atm. It would take a lot of time. Although you can add SW's cheats, I can re-region the modded starter save for you. But I'd go for an endgame save like for the challenges trophy.

Make sure you do not blow up the tank, otherwise the trophy won't pop. The driver has to die before it blows up.

Save for Et tu? + Community Outreach + Masters of Santo Ileso + The Professional + Chaos Tamer seems to be missing from US region

That's probably because the file is too large. Try downloading it again from a different browser with a clear cache.

I will try again as even when clearing the cache and a different computer didn't help.
