That's correct. Always deduct 9 saves from the one you're looking for.

You need to resign the save to your PSN ID using a program called Save Wizard.

where can i find this save:
[GOW SAVE10] Modded Starter Save v2
When you first travel to Sindri's House.
If I choose save 10 from the folder, I start right after the bear fight.
