When I try to copy the files it says that i can't because it belongs to another player, is there another work around other than using save wizard?

You can use Apollo Save Tool or PS4 Save Mounter.

Make sure you deleted all previous saves from your console.

I'm having the same issue. I deleted all previous saves and tried to load save 38 but am not popping any trophies on PS4. I assume they patched this.

Probably. If you have a physical copy you should be able to auto-pop everything you need on version 1.00 without any updates.

You must resign the correct save.
