First, you need to log in to the PS4 version online, wait for the archived data to be uploaded to the server, and then switch to the PS5 version to log in to the server

I autopopped the last gold rank on ps4, waited at menu for 3 mins to make sure uploaded, when got to ps5 clicked keep online save data 3x, didnt pop, so i disabled internet and reloaded game and it popped on ps5. using the 97% save.
