I made a unique set where you get platinum in both versions, I must say the file is quite large, in an attempt to reduce it I noticed that it didn't work, so I'm sorry about that but it's a small price to pay, I made a video to show it what to do just select one slot after another and the magic will happen, this is the standard version.

friend you reassign the save for ps4 and after the save is on the console you send it to the ps5 I recommend watching my video one more time because I did everything in the correct order

put the save in the ps4 version, it will be automatically identified in the ps5 when you click transfer saved game from ps4 it's very simple
