I did not test this but was given to me by a Playersquared user's friend. (I'll link them to the thread, so they can get thanks for this as well. (Let me know you Euro players how this save goes for you guys, glad it can help some people out at least if it does that purpose.)

I'm going to assume you'll get the full 100% auto pop for MHR, so feel free to test this save guys. I believe re-region the save does not exist as advanced mode is gray out sadly. However, I do have a USA save I'm working on which is currently 93/100 trophies done. The save mostly targets the DLC trophies though (I used a save from another post to get auto pop on PS5 platinum and for PS4 version I had a friend sync me the platinum), so main trophies might not all pop, but you'll get a good amount of them because of my grind towards sunbreak 100% requires part of the original game stuff.

I'll keep working on my save, but hopefully another person is working on USA version as well, so we can get these DLCs trophies done and stop this MEGA grind xD. :)
