I didn't receive any trophies, however that is only by playing on the ps4 version. If you upload to ps5 it will most likely auto-pop.
Best recommendation would be to beat the game normally, with defender gear you can easily go from start to MR10 in around 8 hours. If you use save wizard to cheat you can probably do it in around 6~. This will pop any story related trophies.

While I appreciate Mistress-V for sharing, if you are after trophies i am 99% certain that you have to do them legit unless someone uploads a save just before finishing. This save is more something for people who don't care about trophies.
