It's not difficult, with a few attempts you can do it, in addition to saving a lot of time without having to do it in the other phases.

Thanks, but why would you save the hardest level for this trophy? Someone needs upload their save that has all levels done and then the trophy will pop once another player does the first level without dying. Or at the very least upload a save where the easiest level is saved for the 'beat all levels without dying' trophy.

While the first part of this area is extremely tough. I feel this is the easiest level for this to be done. It is quite short and the plethora of beer kegs in the boss area is more than enough to essentially sit on one side and blast Mr. Fucks. I appreciate this save, I couldn't for the life of me get passed the stupid horror level, its the only level in all three that kick my ass.
