here is a saveset for the standalone dlc .
there is one trophy you have to do by yourself. it is this:
Liberation Day
Free your first slave.
but you get it in the first 5 minutes of the game. but anyway with this save you can get every other trophy in this game.
Seeds of independence
Liberate 500 slaves.
liberate just 1 more slave and the trophy pops.

Silence, Fool!
Kill a guard ringing a bell.
This trophy can be unlocked in any area in which there is a bell, such as plantations and de Fayet's compound
(large red restricted area at Port-au-Prince. Bells are located on your in game HUD as a small white bell icon.
In order for a guard to ring a bell you must first be spotted. A guard will then start running towards the bell
to ring it. These individuals can be identified as the ones with a small red bell above their head. Let them get
to the bell and ring it a few times before you kill them, as if you attack them to early it will not register
and the trophy will not unlock.

Killer Killer
Harpoon a killer whale.
travel to this location 336, 372 a whale symbol will appear on the map go for it and harpoon the killer whale.

Mer-man
Swim a total of 1 nmi.
it will only take about 10-15 minutes of continuous swimming. Simply jump into the ocean after bringing
your ship to a stop.

Thug Life
Plunder 30 ships.
plunder 1 more ship.

Roped In
Perform 5 air assassinations from a swinging rope.
perform 1 more assassintion from a swinging rope.

All Aboard!
Board a ship without losing any crew members.
For the trophy to count you must board a ship that has a minimum of 10 enemies. You will come across
smaller enemy ships that only have 5 enemies, however, if you successfully plunder these ships without
losing any crew members you will not unlock the trophy.

now enter the last mission by traveling to your hideout. you need to do the 2 objectives to receive 100% synch
and also to get these 2 trophys
Firepower
Kill 5 guards at once with a blunderbuss.
His Own Medicine
Disarm the Gouverneur and kill him with the branding iron.

Freedom Cry - Complete all missions
His Full Attention
Freedom Cry - Achieve 100% synchronization
