Just reload endings save and do:

This ending is unlocked by
1- leaving Sophia alive.
2-"I liberated her from Arche Abbey"
3- refuse to give Geppetto your heart.

You will need to get last weapon from chapter 4 which I missed and was last weapon "Blind Man's Double-Sided Spear"
