The bot I use to re region doesn't seem to play nice with Save Wizard it can resign and re region at once but I'll need your PSN so it could already be resign to you

Once you have the save re-signed with save wizard, transfer the save from the usb sick to the ps5 under settings> saved data and game> saved data ps4> copy or delete from usb drive. Once the save is on the ps5 load up granblue and on the main menu scroll down and there should be a option to transfer save from ps4 version.

Yes SW is required, you need it to re-sign the game save to your profile ID so that your ps5 can recognize it as your save and be able to load it under your ps5 profile. If you just move the save as is it will still be registered to the original owner and only that account can use the save on your console.
