Tomb Raider - load the save and go straight up to the mural. Just in case, for reference check the video below starting 1:00:55. Beware of the one last enemy I missed to kill though

Specialized - buy the last skill in a Scavenger tree.
Thanksgiving - there are turkeys near the camp. choose a pistol and shoot one of them with R1
SAVE 4
Up to the Challenge - go up the stairs and drop the last decimal (press X to jump and SQUARE to use the rope)
Good Samaritan - go to the destination marked on a screenshot with green circle and talk to a kid to finish the last quest.
