You have to resign the save to your own id by using Save Wizard which can be bought in this server Save Wizard Discord or on savewizard.net

these saves do work still having trouble with the last boss fight Isshin, the Sword Saint. for some reason he gets me in the final fight. but after playing a whole day i got this by using the cheats in save wizard, took some time to figure out. but it just works, finally.
