    Ok, i got it! encrypted PS4 save will load into this editor: https://github.com/xcier/BL3SaveEditor/releases/download/v1.0.2/BL3.ProtoGibbed.1.0.2.zip Go to General tab then go to platform, change it to PC, and save as. Thats it.
