Sorry to hear about that, you seem to be the only person having this issue. I would suggest that you delete the SYSTEM SAVE but keep the CHAPTER 18 Story Save. and keep farming the ghost fish until you get the trophy requirement. due to killing stats being saved on System save you can reload the...
