    You need to login with GOG account under reward so you can cross sync the progress then use the console command on PC for it to be modded.

    It's made with Completion edition so that may be the reason that it's not working for you in case you dont have DLC.

    Resign the save then use Advanced mode to export decrypted save. Once done, you can use advanced mode to import the decrypted save in your save file and you should be able to use it.

    This should work with any version of the game and if you have a PC version then you can mod the save as per your choice.
