It's a modded save with all characters unlocked for both Light and Dark Balance Path including stats on standard edition.

Feature (stats have been intentionally kept low to ensure no lag while playing)

Max Strength
Max Crit and Crit Damage
Max Resources
Max Willpower
12+ Chain
