Hello my friend frist of all thanks you for the save, do you need to get the platinum first on PS4 to trigger PS5 Autopop or you can start from scratch ? Thanks you.

It looks like game only have one CUSA code - CUSA54714 and it seems like multi - likely work on US without need re-region.
Save Wizard added support for this game.

No idea. I've tried to resign to myself to my other profiles and it's worked. You using save Wizard or a discord bot to resign?

I am using Save Wizard to resign to my profile, as I always do (I haven't used discord bots before, I don't know how).

Yeah, happened to me. There is workaround - take your USB stick with PS4 and use PSN cloud to upload the saves, so you can download the saves from PSN cloud on PS5.
My biggest advice to everyone - do not sell PS4 and you would end up need PS4 for some saves, so Yakuza saves are notorious.
