It looks like game only have one CUSA code - CUSA54714 and it seems like multi - likely work on US without need re-region.

Yeah, happened to me. There is workaround - take your USB stick with PS4 and use PSN cloud to upload the saves, so you can download the saves from PSN cloud on PS5.
My biggest advice to everyone - do not sell PS4 and you would end up need PS4 for some saves, so Yakuza saves are notorious.
