This is a save Primarily for the Super Helper trophy (finish all side quests).
You start on the mushroom island press touchpad to bring up the map you are sailing round to the windmill in the grasslands to drop the last 3 penguins off inside the blue circle of the blue star on the map.
however other trophy can be obtained with this save.
Light em Up there is one brazier left to light in the fire Kingdom.
all player levels are at lvl9 so you can get all player level related trophies by levelling each character up to lvl10.
other trophies may pop like visiting each port falling in the water 10 times destroying 250 items finishing the last boss fight. etc etc.
you might be able to revisit the dark forest and free the mushroom people and view the snail too it's on the roof of a house, i stumbled across it but there may be a video showing exact location.
