All but a couple of notes unlocked, follow this to unlock the rest for the trophies.
Load up my save, pause the game and open up the command bar (L1+R1, TRIANGLE & SQUARE)
Enter the command DestroyWildDinos and activate it
Enter the Command GiveAllExplorerNotes and activate it
Your game may freeze for a couple of seconds, do not press anything and let it do its thing.
Once the game unfreezes, un-pause your game and wait a couple of minutes and the trophy will pop!
