For anyone else having problems finding the last feather, the location mentioned above seems to be wrong. For me, the last feather was in the location shown in the screenshots here, which were posted by the save set author:

Just so you know, the Vitruvian Man trophy hasn't been re-regioned. The save provided is still US only, despite what the text file says. Here's the EU version (CUSA04893) that I've converted: CLICK HERE.

to me it says save file corrupted I am using the same Eu version
