How-to unlock Playback trophy on PS5

Spoiler: Playback PS5 manual

If you check the Replay Mission section in the Sequence menu, you will see several unearned Contract Missions. The completion rate on the right side of the screen should show 93. In this state, select one of the unearned missions and complete the sequence. (I recommend watching YouTube guides as the requirements are quite difficult. Personally, I suggest the Al-Gul Assassination mission, which can be cleared in under 2 minutes once you master it).

Once completed, your completion rate will exceed 100. At this point, perform a manual save. Launch the PS5 version, this next part is crucial: Do not load the save file. Instead, start a New Game (not New Game+ ) and select Start from Valley of Memory

Once in the game, press the touchpad to open the menu, go to "Replay Sequence," and play the easiest mission one more time. Doing this will trigger the Playback trophy

Resaved on PS4 last firmware version. Check your software now - files was updated

Seems Ubisoft patched game, now Playback trophy may be triggered on PS5. So the trick in New Game, not the New Game+ (Ubi... )
Added manual from shenglin to first post - works for me
