So I noticed when using Max Exp on SaveWizard, It does not give you all the Health and Perks per Rank.
I have a code below to where you can enter any rank value.
This rank 70 will work as a fix or any custom rank you want.

with quick codes I do not think they need reversed.
So if the ranks dont seem right then try to reverse them if I have not yet.

You can get hex values of xp by using win10 calculator.
This is not a very good method for a work around but works for now.
I will post more codes and Rank values as I find them.
