If you did everything 100%, it's unlikely that any of the trophies will pop. For example, if you found every bottle in the game, then someone else can't pick up the last bottle to pop the trophy as it will not show up on the map. I could be wrong, but I believe it's the type of game that requires you to leave the last item, perk, skill, viewpoints etc.. opened for someone else to complete it.
