Out of curiosity, which DLCs you have installed on that file? The paid ones? Because it is not working. I keep getting the:
"Downloadable Content. You cannot continue your game until the required content is downloaded. Do you want to start a new save? You will lose all your progress." pop up when I try to load the save.

If you only have save wizard then yes, you won't be able to re-region it. People with a jailbroken PS4 can re-region every save. If you send me a save from your region with the same files inside as my save i can re region it.
