Apologies for posting in this thread, but I feel it's essential to alert fellow sellers on P2 about a buyer named SilentStraw (Discord) & LuminaryAria (PSN).
Here's the backstory: On November 18, he contacted me on Discord, requesting a service for platinum Diablo IV, including some minor character-specific adjustments. We agreed on the price, and he made the payment through PayPal on the same day.
I logged in to his account, completed all the requested requirements on November 22, and informed him promptly. Everything appeared normal until this buyer initiated a dispute on PayPal on January 10, claiming he didn't receive the requested service. I was surprised by this dispute since I had already fulfilled the agreed-upon service.
Today, I reached out to the buyer on Discord (SilentStraw), and surprisingly, he denied opening any disputes on PayPal. I requested screenshots of his name and the transaction made on November 18, but he refused to provide them. It's annoying that a dispute was opened when the service had already been completed.
If you've had dealings with this buyer before, I just wanted to confirm is his PayPal name is Oren Pardo?.
