Hey guys, here are a few saves for the German version of the game.

A Better World & Together Till The End

Before hitting continue make sure the game is in Duo Mode (need two controllers). Continue the game and when speaking to Nathan choose "BLAME" and then "COLD". After the QTEs with the entities choose to enter the INFRAWORLD. Both trophies will pop after the credits.

And here is a save from NextGenUpdate, provided by the user Choua51. So all the credit goes to him.

Choose the Chapter Black Sun. Save Cole and Ryan and enter the Infraworld. Trophy pops after the credits.

I don't know if you can get any other trophies with these saves, if you manage to get some others let me know.
