Welcome to Abyss's BL2 Ultimate modded save
This is the most OP save out on the web for BL2 a Playersquared special :pepetriggered:
Over 100 Hours of trial & error to get things perfect just for you!

Every outfit unlocked - Insane OP stats
Every item unlocked - Every modded weapon available
Every char is setup around health/dmg all ready to go

When you load in you will receive modded weapons as mission rewards accept them all!
Each time you log off all the modded weapons you received will disappear!
You will need to reload the save off your usb EVERYTIME you want to play in order to receive the modded weapons!

Download file - Place file into a new folder named CUSA01401 and place that folder inside a new ZIP folder
Import to Save Wizard - Load up on Ps4 & Enjoy :pepewink:

I used a save editor back in the day for this, was very time consuming from what I remember if you want a specific character YouTube can help teach you how to mod your own files. What's here is here my friend.

Download file/files then place them on your desktop then create a folder on your desktop name that folder CUSA01401 then create a zip folder (zip folder doesnt need a name) you move the downloaded files to the CUSA folder then move the CUSA folder to the zip folder after that open Save Wizard make sure USB is in go to "Your Saves" in Save Wizard top right corner it will say Import click that go to the zip folder open it go to files Import them after you should be done Eject USB load up & enjoy. If you still need help check out YouTube for a guide on how to resign saves.
