Hey guys, since the old post for this save is offline for a long time, and I did a rerun of the game I decided to share my collectible save with you.

Just load the save, click on resume and collect the final collectible just in front of you. You are in the final mission of the game here. After you have collected the final one, you can although go for the final heroic action if you want. You just heave to leave the tower you are in, progress the game a bit further, use the flak ( it's story wise ) and once you leave the flak you can perform the final action. This will give you a trophy as well.
However I recommend to go for all heroic actions on your own throughout your playthrough, since there are some other trophies tied to perform the actions.

I recommend to use my save only for the collectible trophy, but it's up to you ;-)
