I've already earned the "2015 KM" trophy, but I'm still missing the following trophies:
From Mexico to Vancouver (Drive a total of 5000 km)
Go the Distance (Drive a total of 10,000 km)
Petrolhead (Drive a total of 50,000 km)
As far as I know, you can get the 50,000 km trophy by driving 25,000 km.
