So tehnically the save not originally mine,i download it from NGU website,but the thing is the trophy not popping for me because it lack one more building which is the eiffel tower and for to unlock it you need to built 30000 industrial zone in the other word its a pain in the ass.So i grind with the save and reach 30000 industrial zone with the eiffel tower unlock.the only thing you need to do is built a clock in unique building menu on the treasure hunt section and the trophy is yours.You need to resign all files because the milestone is lock on the usersgamestate.
