After testing, I found that All-natural cane sugar can trigger the trophy. I just idled for about an hour and the trophy popped.

Here’s what you need to do:

Upgrade the dragon egg (bottom left) until it reaches the stage where the aura for mutating sugar lumps appears (use R1 to activate).
Then, buy the Elder Pledge and Elder Covenant (top right) to calm the grandmas so they are no longer enraged.
After that, simply wait, and the trophy will unlock.
