ManualSave01: Future Past - open the door to the bureau and walk inside

ManualSave02: Lese-majeste - turn in the quest objective to Pierre's agent (objective marker)

ManualSave03: We Nobles Three - complete the world event (fight Herbert and then confirm the kill)

ManualSave04: Bad Bull - complete the world event (kill the bull)

ManualSave05: Vive la Resistance - complete the mission (objective marker)

ManualSave06: Know What Is Right - complete the altar in front of you

ManualSave07: Pat the Cats & Vendange - open the door and pet the cat inside, then fast travel to Paris or somewhere with enemies and kill one with the equipped scythe (assassination doesn't count)

ManualSave08: Do What Is Right - talk to Pierre and choose the go back to England dialog option; trophy will pop after cutscene
