Divine Rule Broken & Mission Completionist
Load save 10 and select the last mission. Spam the Gil Toss skill until the boss is defeated.

DMW Master & Genji Equipment
Load save 1, open the main menu, and review the DMW menu for the trophies.

Cage Opener
Load save 11. Examine the nearest Mako spot and eliminate the monster.

In case you've missed any trophies after Chapter 6, you may use save slot 2 for the beginning of Chapter 6, slot 4 for the beginning of Chapter 7, slot 6 for the beginning of Chapter 8, and slot 8 for the beginning of Chapter 9 to quickly reach the missed trophies by following this guide.
