It's not possible to pop Frequent Flyer on PS5 with crossplay because they added 20 more data-terms + the subway stations with the PS5 upgrade. Best you can do is use the free interactive map here to manually see which ones you're missing.

Then you've missed at least one. The trophy is not bugged (I got it myself last month on the latest version) but you do need to find every single fast-travel point..

Tested now on PS4 Update 1.61 and still works.
Dont work on PS5 because of more dataterms.

But this work on the lastest PS4 update.

PS4 ONLY!
