For PS4 (v1.0.3.100.7a17bd.ps4):​


To unlock trophies, use Save Wizard to re-region the save
Transfer the modified save data to your PS4, start the game, and trophies will begin to unlock automatically once the save is loaded

For PS5 (v1.0.3.100.7a17bd.ps5):​


Launch the PS4 version of the game
Go to [Settings] > [Online Storage] > Upload and upload your save data
Close the game
Launch the PS5 version of the game
Go to [Settings] > [Online Storage] > Download and download your uploaded save

After that, trophies will begin to pop gradually

The answer to your question is NO Raja_The_Fat you need to follow this process in order to unlock trophies and the platinum
