For this trophy you’ll just have to get it yourself, its not that difficult. You can reach the Estate of the Urn Witch early on the game, just solve the garden puzzle . Theres a guide on youtube.

i Know, i got the platinum in PS5 version, i thought I'd enjoy the save set in the PS4 version.
Ok, this save is very easy but he said it was possible to get it with one of the saves. I forgot to backup before getting trophy.

Does this auto-pop trophies (for the PS5 version) if you have both the PS4 and PS5 versions?

I am year late but I think you still have to do the action for it to pop up. It will not just automatically pop up. Only in certain games i had that happen
