I downloaded the saveset but can't find the "Included" detailed PS5 guide for complete DLC quests in Director's Cut version.

Yes, it's essentially an indie scam 100hours+ game. I played for 7 hours, and the gameplay was completely identical. After that, I abandoned the game. Only the initial set of saves helped me complete this, but I had to compile documentation on how to navigate this interface clutter and understand the entities. Over the course of several months, I pieced it together and finished using a guide, adapting it for players who aren't familiar with Kojima's world. Just follow the guide step by step, and you'll reach 100%
