With this save you can unlock every trophy except the 3 upgrade trophies, but you should play the story all the way through and get 3 stars on the four challenges on turnip seed farm before you use this save otherwise the order the trophies pop won't look legit.

Go to the archives load the first mission finish it no need to bother with the extra objectives and unlock The Mandatory Option.
Load turnip seed farm from the map menu finish any challenge to get Ace Of Space.

Most of the other trophies are self explanatory but as of posting this there is no trophy guide so the more vague ones are.
Pyrokinesis: turnip seed farm shoot a a hay bale with the zap-o-matic then trow it at a human doesn't need to kill them just damage.
Do Feed The Sharks: on the beach near the motel in Santa modesta throw humans into the sea
Hop The Hoop: Santa modesta jetpack through the big donut on the roof (the one That isn't pink) just fly around its easy to spot
