It's the Main Save Game that's the important file to re-region. There's a lot of guides on Youtube that show how to do it.
The checkpoints can't be carried over because advanced mode is unavailable, but they're only the final choices made after completing the flowcharts.

I've had a go at re-regioning it. If anyone tries it, then please let me know if the flowcharts are 100% completed or not. Thanks. :)

Yeah, I can confirm for US players that the flowcharts are not 100% complete. This game shows advanced mode in the Wizard, and I was able to copy the EU file to the US file as with all re-region procedures but once it loads, the flowcharts are incomplete. Most of the extras are there (save for 2 Kamski skins), but no flowcharts completion.

Weird.
