I've been in to flying drones for a while now. I started out with your basic mini quads like the Lbla CX-95 Mini Quad for fun... it's a good quad to practice indoor flying and such. I bought a few Eachine H8 Mini's and flashed their firmware with a custom made one for acro-mode flight (no auto-leveling).
The mini ones are fun if you're able to use them in angle / acro mode or solder on a better Tx with a tiny micro-cam for POV flights.
Later I ended up purchasing a Hubsan X4 Racing Quad with the POV Goggles and LCD Screen... that thing can really whip it!
