Does anyone still buy Physical copies?

I still buy Physical copies , because the games are mine.
I have 321 PS4 copies and 39 PS5 copies.

Side note: I HATE that collectors edition of games do not contain a physical copy anymore.

I'm a massive collector and have always purchased games in physical copies when available. However with times changing and everything leaning towards digital, cloud and physical products in general being on the decline, is there anyone who still willingly wants physical copies?

yes sure, if you are a fan of a game, its nice to have a artbook or a steelbook

I basically never do as I have PS5 digital and otherwise buy off of Steam. I buy Switch games occasionally for my son but honestly it has started to feel alien.

physical copies still have a place, especially for games with crazy high replay value like dark souls or sekiro, having that disc in your hand is kinda reassuring that you can play it whenever you want without worrying about servers going down

Definitely comes in handy when it comes to games that are taken off like marvels avengers, managed to get my hands on ps4 and ps5 version or ps4 disc of sleeping dogs. digital completely kills games that never released on disc like how it is now impossible to get marvels ultimate alliance on ps4

It's a mix. I buy mostly physical when I can, but sometimes digital can be cheaper especially bundled with DLC.

Yes, I still buy it. I like to take the plastic off and after completing the game look at it in my collection. I really like that feeling.

Only if there is another incentive aside from owning it physically. For Example, Walmart is selling Black Flag Resynced with an art book that costs the exact same price everywhere else.
