I fully appreciate ðŸ†ðŸ…°ðŸ…¶ðŸ…¸ðŸ…½ðŸ…¶'s previous post with 5 Lives, but I can't get it done with 5 lives. I always screw up the the traversal stages, and that's where you earn most of your extra lives. I've seen YouTube videos with players that finish with over 40 lives! I don't think i'd need THAT many, but more is always better when it comes to Doom Eternal...! Need US version.

That's because I didn't play the bonus rounds, only the necessary for the trophies haha
The blitz and bonus coin rounds are great ones to obtain dozen extra lives, have you tried it yet?
One thing I can do is extract the hex file with Apollo and try to manually mod the extra lives, since there's no quick code for it.

Just checking in with this. Any success...?
I did manage to mod the save data with extra lives and although the save is recognized by the system it doesn't open in-game.
I tried adding 999 lives, 99 lives and even 1 single life but hadn't success. Just because the fact the file has been edited you get locked out from hitting "Continue" in the Horde Mode menu. Almost like an anti-cheat but actually just bad scripting. Without modding it worked normally on my test account.
Unfortunately, seems like you'll have to unlock this trophy by yourself.
